June Johnson Davis, a life-time resident of Rapides Parish, is running for Rapides Parish Police Jury for District I. She has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration from Northwestern State University. She is a retired federal employee with the Department of Agriculture in the parish for almost 30 years. After her federal retirement, she wanted to give back to the community by becoming a substitute teacher.
June is active in various local organizations and church ministries. She also has over 5 years of Public Service and campaign experience.
On a more personal note, June is the mother of two successful adults, a grandmother of 6 (one is active military) and she is the great grandmother of two.
June believes that residents deserve leaders that represent their best interests and that is the LEADER she will be.
